Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged carrier rates calculated at checkout.

International orders

We ship internationally where available. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, email joe@drysticktargets.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll make it right.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
